The South Essex Centre is one of Many local Centres situated around the UK. A Centre is run by volunteers, under the auspices and guidance of The Caravan & Motorhome Club.
Being a Member of CAMC gives you access to Club Sites, hundreds of CL Sites (smaller sites limited to 5 units), and much much more, including overseas travel, insurances, and national events such as “Club Fest”.
Once you are a member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club, it is free to join a Local Centre, such as South Essex Centre, opening the door to weekend rallying.
We warmly Welcome new members to join the South Essex Centre, with rallies being a social weekend event sometimes running alongside local events. This enables you to get out with your outfit more often and enjoy our local area and even further away.
A Centre is run by a committee of volunteers, with the main aim of bringing people who enjoy Caravans and Motorhomes together, a programme of rallies for the year is produced to list the many varied events that are being run by the members, who are volunteers.
The South Essex Centre is one of the most active Centres in the country, and in 2026 we are planning on running around 50 Rally Events. With opportunity to rally with other Centres who invite South Essex Members to their events.
I have been privileged to be elected as Chairlady and with a very experienced Committee are looking forward to running the South Essex Centre with our Members to produce a great rally programme for the year ahead.
