MORE SAD NEWS

It is with deep regret that we have to report the passing of Dave Davison last week. He was a long standing member of the South Essex Centre, known by many and will be greatly missed. More details as we get them.

PRE SEASON DINNER AND DANCE

Mid Anglia are looking to run this cancelled 2021 rally in 2022, the
booking date now has changed, to after their AGM in October 2021. I had
gone along with wrong information given to me my apologies for that. All
paperwork was carried over from 2021, and you would see the booking date
for last years book was in January 2020.

Kind regards

JOAN’S AND SUE’S THANK YOU

Joan and Sue (Sid’s daughter) thank you words for members.

They wish to say a big thank you to all South Essex Members and friends for their kindness, support and donations for the Hospice in the Weald.

Sid enjoyed his years down here! In Kent and he also loved our trips to France, Italy. (Our train trip to Verona) those wonderful trips to Baden Baden and the German Christmas markets where Bob and Joan looked after us.

Special thanks also to Margaret and John who visited many times over the last few months. Sid was pleased to see them, also for helping me over the last few weeks.

Thank you and Love to you all.

Joan

MORE NEWS ON SID

Sid Pickard’s Funeral is to be held at St Stephen’s Church, Tonbridge on 17th November at 11.30. It is with regret, due to the Covid restrictions, that attendance at the church is by invitation only.

The family have requested no floral tributes but would welcome donations to be made payable to Hospice in the Weald but sent to Joan so she can deliver them in person.

For more information contact John Mack.
