From A12 (northbound) past Witham take next exit at Rivenhall End. At T-junction turn right sign posted Tiptree and Great Braxted. At next T-junction turn right on B1022 and immediately left sign posted Little Totham. (Loamey Hill Road). From Maldon take B1022 North through Great Totham and turn right at Tiptree Heath sign posted Little Totham. In Village turn left into unmade Lane (Green Lane) directly opposite the Swann. Site at end of Lane.
Join us for another 'Get Awayfrom it all weekend' in this cosy quiet and rural location. The area is renowned for its fruit farms, some with PYO, a nearby neadlecraft shop, oyster beds, many fine country pubs and Colchester zoo. usual BBQ get togetgher under the canopy on Saturday evening(whatever the WX) and the usual Eazzzy Competitions to while away the weekend.
